Fees and Payment
Any fees for our services will be disclosed prior to purchase or engagement. If fees apply, payment terms will be set out in the service agreement. Refunds, if any, are subject to the terms of the applicable agreement.

We will use and disclose candidate information as described in our Privacy Policy. We will not share personal information with employers without your consent, except as necessary to provide services or as required by law.
No Guarantee
While we aim to provide high-quality services, we make no guarantees regarding job placement, interview outcomes, salary, or timelines. Outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resilience IT Solutionss' liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services is limited to the fees you paid for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Resilience IT Solutionss harmless from claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the services.
Governing Law
